Patrons to El Farallon are greeted by a friendly bilingual staff and escorted to the champagne bar. An extremely pleasant, but pricey selection of champagne, ranging from Blanc de Blancs to Rosé, is made available while guests await seating. From the minute guests enter through the Pedergal tunnel, they get an early sense, that their dining experience may reach an emotionally happy level that goes beyond special. ”It was a spectacular and tasty four course meal, and I wanted it to go on forever,” noted Scottsdale and Phoenix, Arizona area realtor, Debbie Sue Ruiz, ”Such wonderful beauty and sweet hospitality. I can’t wait to be here again.” Some of the more scrumptious entrees include rib eye steak, sea bass, blackened tuna, angel fish, red snapper with asparagus and plantains, scallops, lobster tail, and shrimp.

Dinner starts with a cream of corn shrimp soup, a trio of appetizers, and an arugula salad with tasty cinnamon apples, fried octopus, and sea bass ceviche. For years now, Executive Chef Gustavo Pinet, offers only the best selection of the local catch; displayed on shaved ice. Besides the Champagne, El Farallon offers domestic and imported beers along with a few Artesanal Ales, as well as margaritas, $18 dollar cocktails and bottles of wine from the Guadalupe Valley in Northern Mexico near Ensenada; priced at $60 USD. Gluten free bread and vegetarian plates are also available. Dessert options include baked apples with cinnamon and a corn based tart. The portions at El Farallon are beyond measure, and it has long been recommended guests arrive hungry. The four course meal, per couple, can range in prices from as little as $100 dollars, a modest $200 and as high as $280 USD.
